China King - Fredericksburg

The food looked good but had no flavor. I was very hungry and still was l was eating nothing. Weird but true, I thought my wife was the only one that can put ingredients together and totally neutralize flavors and make taste like nothing. China king's food taste like that. Would not recommend.

All 90%rice too little for too much. Sorry but Chinese prices have increased substantially more . Nice people though

Not sure if it was a different cook because I eat here all the time the food was bland no flavor at all!

Great place and great food. Sometimes not consistent but still edible. Past few times have been spot on. Not sure who the cook was but 5 stats for who ever it

We vacation in the Fredericksburg, VA area quite often. We have tried many of the Chinese Restaurants in the area. Today we tried China King (10-11-23). The food was excellent! The portions were great! They don't call it a lunch special but a combination platter with different offers for lunch or dinner. We got it at lunch and I took a picture of my beef with broccoli. It came with an egg roll and a can of soda. At dinner you get an egg roll AND a soup! Both times it comes with fried rice and the fried rice was delicious! The woman who took our order was fine. No issues at all. I'm sure it is helpful if you just give the number of the item you want because there could be a language barrier, but overall we will be back when we come back to this area in November. Highly recommend! I included a picture of the combination platter prices.
