Mcdonald's - Fredericksburg

Because of lobby kiosks, counter service slow, but when I went did get clerk, they were super nice and super efficient. Today's food was all hot and actually tasty. Congratulations for the big turn around from precious visits.

Found six individual pieces of hair in three different meals

Mens room door doesn’t close all the way and the toilet was backed up.

Came here last night with a mobile order. Lady at the window immediately tells me they’re closed with an attitude. Keep in mind I got there before the piece of paper on the speaker said they were having maintenance. (Couldn’t have possibly known since the app let me place an order) When I said I had a mobile order though she just started snapping so ofc I snapped back. Everybody’s big and bad behind their little earpiece I guess ?? Normally never had a problem with this location but I guess they just hire dense people now LOL

The manager was absolutely rude I ordered my food and other people that ordered after got there orders first then when I said something about the manager I can't remember her name but she just put her pointer finger up and said u can hold on a minute
