Starbucks Coffee Shop - Fredericksburg

Amazing as always! everything came out perfect. absolutely delicious :

This is for Iced Matcha Tea Latte only you shorted me 1/3 of my drink judging by color only, it was not made properly. Frustrating that when I order in person it apos;s perfect, but when you don apos;t have to deal with customer, it is wrong or done haphazard.

The wait was horrendous but it wasn’t the staffs fault this place was so busy it was crazy. But the staff was amazing calm and reassuring. To all the rude people who “can’t wait this long for coffee,” don’t order coffee at Starbucks at one of the most tourist town in America on a holiday weekend. Wait it out be nice or avoid places like this. Keep up the good job Starbucks staff some of the comments people were making towards y’all ???

Nice pop up in the FTX. Order was made wrong I was charged wrong, but at least the order was fixed. Apparently, drinks on the menu are made differently than the rest of the Starbucks in the world??‍

Not the fastest Starbucks I have been to, but the quality and customer service are consistent and worth the wait (in my opinion).
