Feedback gevenI want to highlight that the staff was friendly and polite. However, they were out of basic meatballs and didn’t ask if we wanted the sandwich as is or if we wanted to customize it—especially since Subway is known for offering options, we assumed we would be given that choice. The customer ahead of us had to have his sub remade three times because, regrettably, the staff had some difficulty understanding English. Both employees were nice and did their best, but overall, it was a disappointing experience. It seemed like it was just a challenging night for them, but they genuinely tried to provide good service.
The food was good and the restaurant was clean, but I was disappointed that I couldn’t wash my hands in the bathroom. I wanted to clean my hands before eating my sandwich, which seemed only reasonable. I asked where the restroom was, and she told me that we have to go to the Wawa across the street. Seriously? That just doesn't make sense!
It's always a delight to visit this location for their friendly service, quick preparation, and fresh sandwiches. Don't miss out on their delicious cookies—you won't be able to stop at just one!
Restaurant was open but the dining room was closed because the employees didn't want to be inconvenienced by having to clean the tables. Also, one of the employees was blasting some very inappropriate music for a retail environment from his phone. I won't ever return to this establishment.
Came on Sunday October 2,2022 ar 5:35 pm and all the lights are on but the doors are locked. Sat outside for 10 mins and nobody ever showed up
