Subway - Fredericksburg

The employee that was working today had her cell phone in hand with gloves on and then sat her phone down on the prep table to make food.She's also the same employee that was rude the last time we bought food there. Both times I had to repeat things over and over again while she comes off bothered and rather ignorant. This visit my bread was toasted so hard, I had to eat most of my sub without the bread.

Just plain rudeEditing:fast forward 3 weeks later decided to give them another chance.Went in asked for something simple cheese pizza. She already knew the toaster over was broke. But didn’t mention it. Prepped pizza put it in the oven. Open closed sliced it.And bam I get ready to eat it and it’s still frozen ???. Nonetheless I go back get a refund and she tells me oh yea it’s broken! She could have just saved herself the time and told me from the start instead of continuing to prep.

Foot long ranges from $8-11 depending on the add on. Clean place and the ladies that work here are very friendly.

Price of a footlong meal has really gone up, it was $15 for a roast beef sub

One of the employees were high and literally took forever to make our food. When I asked for their new sandwich on the menu, the Mozza Meat they kept asking me over and over again what meats go on it. When I said I don't know (I was ordering because the picture looked good) they just grabbed bologna and started to add it to my sub. Very frustrating experience.
