Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Fredericton

Just got a cheese burger meal, an extra burger, Pepsi and sm. Milkshake. Where to start...cold burgers, shake was half melted, onion rings burnt, and so much ketchup on burger that they were soggy. No napkins and no straws in bag. Thankfully I asked for an extra straw that was handed to me. This food was for 3 teenagers and no one was happy. So disappointing ?

Thanks for leaving off lids, now my ice cream tastes like rain.

My husband and I have been going to Dairy Queen for years, but recently, we've noticed it go way downhill in food quality and service. It's at least 20 to 25 minute wait in the drive-thru. Going inside is a little faster, but it's usually 1 person running the front counter. Staff always forget something when it comes to a meal and never give us utensils. I get places that are understaffed, and the staff that are there don't want to be there. All they want to do is socialize and not serve customers. That's what you get when teens supervise teens.

Love the way they do the hamburgers chicken strips basket combo with fountain drink and ice cream ? you can get a blizzard, sundae or a cone because it’s your choice to get whatever you decide and are craving.

Everytime i order a blizzard i always ask for extra stuff and when i get it there is hardly anything in it but ice cream. Sorry but i dont wana pay...
