Dee's Quiet Cafe - Fredericton

I was very excited to discover a vegan food truck at the Saturday market in Fredericton. I tried two sandwiches with a friend, the veg out and the club. Both were very tasty, with the veg out being my favorite. The seitan was a bit rubbery for my taste, but I would still order it again. The fries were also fantastic. This food truck is likely my favorite ever. All vegan and all absolutely delicious. The biggest issue is always choosing what to order. The poutine and grilled cheese are probably my top choices.
