Mcdonald's Restaurants of Canada Ltd

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly disrespectful, simply calling out my number instead of engaging with me. When I asked for some McChicken sauce for my fries, I was met with a dirty look. To top it off, the burger was inedible - hard and stale. This was an absolute disaster of an experience, with terrible food and a poor environment.

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. The staff member responsible for expediting orders seemed very confused. They gave my spicy chicken burger to another customer and then tried to give me a crispy chicken instead. This mix-up resulted in a significantly delayed dining experience.

My experience at McDonald's was the worst I've ever had. I placed my order and waited 5 minutes, but then they called a different number. I was the only one there waiting for coffee that hadn't arrived, so I had to wait another 10 minutes. When I asked about my order, I found out that the number they called earlier was mistakenly stuck to my order. I requested a replacement because the items were cold, and the lady serving me had an angry attitude. She even checked the food with her hands to confirm it was cold. Despite putting on gloves, she made another order for me and rudely told me to pay better attention next time. When she finally called my number, she was practically yelling and the people around me were laughing.

There is this elder lady who works there and she was one of the rudest people I have ever met! And not just once!

Your standard McDonald's but tiny and tucked away in the corner of Walmart. Bright, clean and friendly staff. Also, on a Sunday, it's currently the only food option besides Starbucks open in the mall earlier than 1130/12.
