Thai Express - Fredericton

Who can complain about Thai! The service is quick and the food is fresh. It is still my favourite! Kudos!

During a recent trip to Moncton I ordered a couple of Pad Thai from Thai Express. Unfortunately, they were only just ok. I’m not a big spice person, but mine was bland even by my standards. My wife, who asked for a little extra spice, also thought it was bland. However, I must admit that the delivery was extremely fast, so if you just want to get some food down range and you aren’t worried about quality, perhaps Thai Express is for you.

We come here all the time, almost once a week, depending on the schedule. Our standard is Pad Sew and General Thai. Never been disappointed! The prices are high(er) but the quality and quantity make up for it big time!

Don't let the fact that this is in the mall food court fool you. Thai Express is good food and reasonably priced.

I ordered Beef Tom Yum and it was delicious. The broth was excellently spicy and flavorful - I had a little bit of sweat on my forehead by the time I finished. The noodles weren't overcooked and the veggies were fresh with a little bit of snap left in them. I will definitely order from here on my next trip to Fredericton.
