We had foreign visitors and arranged with Bjarke for a gourmet dinner. We took them to pick up the meal and they were so impressed with his description of the dishes. They were even more impressed when we had it at home for dinner later. Thank you, Bjarke!

My family has now asked Bjarke a few times to make the accessories for larger barbecue evenings with 15-20 people. Each time we have given him free rein to do what he wants, and each time we have been surprised, despite greater and greater expectations. The quality is towering, the quantities are large, the taste is enormous, and the menu is presented upon collection with a humility and empathy that you can 't help but be inspired by. It tasted really good and although it does not look like much, we were sated
