Leaman's Green Applebarn - Freeland

Adorable place to take your kids! When we got out of the car we were immediately greeted by the friendliest and sweetest dog! We purchased some baked goods that were delicious and a pint of cherries that were juicy and sweet. We were interested in the petting zoo and paid for that but didn't realize they also have a large playground for the kids with unique structures! It was so nice to have my 15 month old play in the giant sandbox. The animals are all very friendly. You can tell they are more than well taken care of. We can't wait to come back!

We went on a school field trip to this restaurant, and our guide did an excellent job. She was wonderful with the children and provided a lot of information about the farm, making it a fantastic learning experience for them. The restaurant has an amazing playground with slides, a sandbox, hay bale pile, basketball games, bikes, tricycles, animals, and a corn house where kids can play. The store sells homemade doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, apple cider slushies, and more. The only thing I wished for was more time to play at the park during our trip, but our schedule was packed. We started with a hay ride that showed different things along the trail, then visited the park, had doughnuts and cider, went on a walk through the woods to pick apples and learn about the farm, saw the apple processing machines, and even made our own cider. The highlight of the trip was our fantastic guide, who clearly loves her job and the restaurant.

Had a blast first time there alot for the kids to do prices are reasonable highly recommended

Went here for the first time this year, now my favorite cider farm. Great food, cider, donuts, and so many things to do! Affordable prices. They’ve got a corn maze, putt putt, hayride, apple box ride, connect four, a huge playground, basketball hoops, a mini corn maze for kids, and so much more. Has a nice gift shop too. It’s a great way to spend an afternoon for any age.

The restaurant has a nice playground with plenty of activities. However, the walkway leading to other activities can get a bit crowded, especially near the food window.
