Feedback gevenMy reservation was at 7 I waiting for 15 minutes after I got there as I watched 3 families all with reservations walk out after not being seated. Once I was finally seated we ordered after 20 minutes. As if the time this review is being written I still have not received my meal.
The food was amazing! our server zachary was amazing! everything was amazing!!
Okay, the food was overall very good. Would I recommend? NO. NO. NO. It took a little over 90 minutes from order to serve. NOT ACCEPTABLE. The manager helped but really needs to step it up. ZERO communication to Patrons. Our server would RUN by us and ignore us. How about sorry for the delay, can I get you another drink? The manager should have been TALKING TO PEOPLE. He really is no manager. Watching him in action was really sad. Our waitress hid behind the bar more than anything. Pass out pretzels anything. With that said. Atmosphere. It 's a gorgeous little pub. HOWEVER, we were seated at a table that had hurricane cooling at the floor under the seats. Mind you, it was already 60 degrees outside and raining, let alone adding AC and blowing it with such force if we weren 't seated in the chair, the chair would be moved. So we used every napkin we had, hats, etc and held it all down over the vent with the chair...THIS didn 't help, the air was blowing SO strongly, it blew all that up anyway. Terrible. So on to food. The only issue there was the seafood pasta cream sauce had zero cream. 100% butter is all it was. It had great flavor, but it was NOT cream sauce. The food was very flavorful. IF it had been served in a REASONABLE time frame.... Now, when you are short staffed, THE MANAGER should be starting a wait list and seat only the people you can seat AND SERVE. making people wait 90+ minutes ONCE they get to order is unacceptable. We left a $36 tip, but in hindsight, it should have been $5. MAX. We were not checked on. We refilled our own water. I asked for a ROLL with my stew when I ordered it. I was given a 2 piece of toast. Huh? We didn 't have sufficient place settings and had to wait while the manager relayed the message vs. just getting them himself. We had to yell and have him STOP to get ANY service whatsoever. It was like we were such an inconvenience being there. Would I recommend it? NO. Although the food flavor was excellent, the service and the hurricane winds ruined the meal. We had guests with us, and I was embarrassed to have brought them here!
Very Disappointed We have eaten at the Broad Arrow Tavern for many years. We have loved the atmosphere, servers, and the pizza's were amazing. The menu in general was amazing. It's all changed. No more pizza. The waiter told us the entire Haraseeket Inn and tavern was sold, there is new management. Man, what are they trying to do. The menu now is very limited. I ma not impressed at all. Don't try to call them. They will not answer. Terrible customer service and focus. I am actually sad about this.
Only had drinks. Martini was watered down and had too much Baileys and Kaluha. Still would go back fo try the food. We will see....
