El Jacalito - Freeport

Fairly average Mexican restaurant. Service has been getting very slow. Almost 1 hr to get our food. Forgot my granddaughters meal. I definitely won't be back if my schedule is tight or if my grandchildren are with me.

The food is incredible very authentic but be aware the hours are terrible and always changing. They close at 3pm on Saturday now are closed all day Wednesday. Would probably be a good idea to call ahead and make sure they are open

Bad place we came in and started to order and they had nothing me and my kids wanted and the lady’s had a bad way to talk to us.

This place is the Worst customer service Food is good, but waitress men owner actually very rude

I was just to say thank you to the lady who made us a special order, because we got here when they were about to close. She was very nice, I 'm sorry for not mentioning her name but with the hurry I forgot to ask. The sopes were delicious!
