Taste Of Maine - Freeport

The lobster at this restaurant is excellent! They claim to have the best lobster in Maine. I enjoyed mine on a salad that was also perfect - crispy with fresh ingredients and a tasty lemon vinaigrette dressing. We sat outside with a beautiful view of the river. The interior decoration was interesting and entertaining. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

Super nice people. the food was very good and had a lot of choices. all fresh and local seafood. we both went there. in any case a bit over.

Excellent! The atmosphere was wonderful - so cool and electric. The staff was friendly, especially our waiter Dan who was professional and funny. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. We sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful view. The seafood casserole and lazy lobster were delicious. I would have loved to try the local red beer, it sounded fresh and light. Also, the cream soda was superb.

Traveled most of the coast and Taste of Maine is on the top 5 list. We started with the lobster stew and clam chowder, so delish!! For the entrée we ordered the seafood bake and lobster dinner, both were amazing! The restaurant was packed, reservations and walking made it look like the wait was going be at least 45 min, but we opted for the bar. Glad we did! Allie was super cool and we practically had the whole bar side to ourselves and still had a great view without the crowd. There was seating available on the deck and there are picnic tables as well. If you are Bath, go and have this great experience!! It is one of our favorites
