Jac and the Bean - Fremantle

I went here with one of my clients, J, for coffee and it was fabulous! Great coffee and really awesome ethos - they do pay it forward coffee here which is cool

I love this place. Each trip to Freo I return back here for brekkie or coffee. Really interesting brekkie choices, nice ingredients and lovely setting. Toilet is a trek to get to but clean and staff are friendly.

Had lovely brunch and juice The food and service excellent. We tried the JFC (crispy fried chicken French toast with honey butter egg jalapeño sour cream with spring onion ) it was yummy. Nice to sit outside on a cool day

This is a beautiful cafe with lovely staff and amazing food... in fact i had the very best poached egg and avocado i've ever had! However, despite asking for three shots of coffee, what turned up at my table was worse than a scrap of nescafe dissolved in dishwater. I couldn't drink it. I won't be going there again for coffee, but the food was superb!

They didn't have the juice I ordered which was written up on their wall menu. No apology.They brought out the wrong vegetarian roll but I decided to let it go and ate it and would let the cap-wearing fellow through whom I ordered, know when he came outside near where I was sitting. I did this and was told I did order this particular roll. No apology here either and I know what I ordered, mentioning the mushrooms. There were no mushrooms in the roll I just ate.To boot, along with no apology, this chap walked away shaking his head at me!!!Wow, how's that for customer relations?!!!You won't see me here again but I will return to the cafe right next door which has a very friendly father and daughter Docker supporting team running it and I hope they still do the excellent mushroom toastie!
