The first one was significantly smaller than the second one, despite them being billed as the same size.
Items delivered do not come with whipped cream. Instead, you have the option to purchase a can for $13. Total rip-off!
My ice cream was sitting outside melting. Driver should have knocked at door at least. I had to throw it away.
Downloaded free scoop coupon on app as a new customer. Coupon didn 't work in the store so I was completely embarrassed when they denied my ice cream after scooping it! NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WON 'T EVER VISIT A BASKIN ROBBINS STOREAGAIN!
