Castillos Mexican Food - Fresno

Menudo was great fast service will come back for the rest of the menu.

I woke up and felt for a couple of suppers. I was chasing a menu item. in my understanding I was like when I'm in town, what is known to eat here, so I've got some research.

Authentic Mexican food near Moms. I came to a Mexican breakfast and loved every bite. Typical Mexican furnishings in this big restaurant. The service was on site and the food delivered hot and fresh. I had 3-eggs over simple, chili verde, beans, potatoes and flour tortillas. The Chili Verde was the best I ever had in a restaurant. The portions were hearty and I couldn't finish my meal. I bless this experience until I come back.

I came here for an early brunch. I was pleasantly surprised to know that they served lunch all day and breakfast was served until noon.. I ordered a chicken fajita with a strawberry Margarita. The Margarita was great because it was light and not heavy. The server reminded me that it was actually made with a Mexican wine and not a tequila . The fajitas were hot a hot and sizzling.
