Hunan Chinese - Fresno

While it was hard to find... it is located in a corner of one of the walkways of the area... the food was delicious! What was different was fried rice. We got the fries of vegetables... so good with the orange chicken! I also liked the decor. It was more like a restaurant and not a fast food place. Warm, I think I'm trying to say it. Excellent service and friendly environment. I'll be back!

We went to dinner with another couple. Each one of us ordered an article. We also had an order of pot stickers for all four of us. We had a lot to eat and we had enough left for both couples to have a takeaway bag. I had Pork Pan Fried Noodles. The pan fried noodles were perfect and there were enough pork vegetables to make it a substantial dish. My wife had Orange Chicken, that was pretty delicious. Our friends had Mongolian pork and vegetables Fried Rice. We all shared. I liked everything except the Fried Rice. I saw no evidence that he was fried! It was more like steamed rice mixed with a few peas. However, the baked noodles were fried to perfection! Service was excellent.

I was here for the first time. Delicious food. Various flavors of your run of the mill Chinese restaurant. Food is cooked well. Clean. Waitresses are polite and attentive. Eating is coming fast. Family style served.

I have eaten in Chinese restaurants in Fresno in the last 35 years. For someone who grew up eating Chinese food, there are not too many Chinese restaurants in Fresno that I like. Hunan has now become my favorite. Besides the excellent food, I love that they have air cleaners at the entrance and dinning rooms. They sanitate every table and seating area between guests and have hand-sanitaries at each table. I don't care to pay extra for this extra service that protects them and their guests. You use technology for efficient ordering and easy payment from your phone to your table. I don't know if they sanitate their menus after a customer uses it, but if they do, this is a restaurant that takes care of their customers, from which I hope other restaurants will learn.

Just had dinner here with the family. Every plate was more delicious than the last. So good! We enjoyed everything! The butter cream prawns were AMAZING!
