Feedback gevenHe waited for almost 10 minutes with only 2 or 3 cars in front of me. if they have to wait that long in a drive through, they should at least give them a discount or extra fries or something.
This place is set up so that they should apply so that I can get out of this slow drive-thru line. no one answers to the laufwerk thru loudspeaker. it's lunchtime, people! 20 minutes waiting with 2 people in front of me is a bit much. pay their employees more!
The customer service is so bad and they are really slow I was there 10ins before someone came into the front counter and there was a hired who was very rude for the other workers in the window, he did not want to help him all bad
This is 2 o'clock in the morning on 9/20/2022. the layer members took their time when they waited ordering with customers for more than 5 minutes in front of the building. they are seen to be more concentrated on the Zit chat than they are doing. the credible customer service in an almost food restaurant. I am a uber isst supplies ruber and I am not satisfied with the slow service from this restaurant. makes it very inconvenient for me and others come through the drive thru
Absolutely horrible customer service. When the woman handed me my food, she gave me my drink but no straw. How am I supposed to drive home and drink my Coke without a straw??!!? And then, get this, I looked in the bag and they put in reagular fries instead of curly fries??? Ive had it up to here with their incompetent employees. I will not be coming back to this location. Update: The fries are cold.
