Kfc - Fresno

After my order was taken in drive-thru and I paid I was instructed to park and wait. After 10 minutes passed someone came out and said that they didn't have what I ordered. I feel I should've been told when ordering. I get out the car and go inside only to watch the manager and another customer go at each other. I then was told to complete my order would be another 20 mins. We finally made some substitutions.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The portion sizes could be improved, especially when it comes to the fries. The crispy chicken sandwich was enjoyable, but I've definitely had better ones. Still, it's a decent place to eat.

The staff here is fantastic! They're quick and incredibly friendly. The food was served hot and it was delicious! I will definitely come back, primarily because of your amazing team.
