The restaurant was not as hygienic as expected the food was bad and the service was generally not as good as expected and never came back

Needs to upgrade customer service. I came in and told the lady I wanted a table. She looked at me for a bit, told me to hold on and then went and took an order for a table. I stood at the front entrance feeling like an idiot. She could have easily seated me before taking the tables order. I left because I didn't feel respected here. Too bad, I really wanted to taste the food, but judging by the customer service and other reviews here, I don't think I missed a lot.

Stopped by for lunch on a sunday. it wasn't super busy, got seated right away. The space is pretty small. The host and server were very nice. I ordered a good amount of food and it was reasonably priced in my opinion. The shrimp fried rice was my personal favorite. I wasn't a big fan of the shrimp dumplings.

So here we are again. I don't know why we keep giving this place more chances. Service was beyond horrid. The male server hated his job, hated being there, and hated everyone. He dragged his feet, barely knew the menu in English, and stared at us the entire time. Straws are the unwrapped kind that the server brings with his bare hands. Food took a long time, and when it came, was sooooo hot that we were all close to scalding our tongues. Taste wise, everything was okay. The noodles were good, and I wish they took the time to chop up the vegetables instead of whole pieces of Napa Cabbage. Hard to chew through and break down. The beef from the beef noodles was tender. They take spicy very seriously and use the peppers that slightly numb your tongue, so be warned. The Xiao Long Baos were okay and ripped easily. Chinese music from the 80's playing in background. I regret going to the restrooms afterwards because if I went there before I ordered, I think I would have picked up the entire family and left without ordering. Who wants to go to a restaurant with a smelly, dirty, restroom?! One of their cooks also walked outside and was patting down his butt? I don't know what he was doing but it was weird and unhygenic. Did he let one loose? I don't wanna know.We all left this place with regrets of going in there. Food wasn't bad, but the service and the way they run this place, really makes me wonder about their level of hygiene and professionalism. Fooled us at least 3 times. NEVER GOING BACK!!! My kids made me promise never again!
