Feedback gevenHorrible customer service from the girl working tonight on 12/5/2022 at7:45 pm. NEVER once greeted us and when we finally said we were ready she said in a minute. When she finally went to the register she just stood there and when I said are you ready?She said what kind of pizza you want. We asked for her name and she said I ain't giving you Mt name. I left without any food ...rather be waited on by someone who has customer service skills. Mind you, I've been in the field for 25 years. This is why wedon't come to this side of town. Definitely will be getting in touch with someone higher than the manager, because she didnothing as well. Do not recommend at all!
The staff is very nice. They brought my order to my car. It was the best possible experience.
I like this place because it easy to get to and located near shopping. Reason I don't give it 5 stars is because half naked homeless persons laying on sidewalk in front.
The pizza is delicious, especially if you enjoy making your own pizza. It's a great option for enjoying a meal at home with your family.
I have ordered from this restaurant many times before. My husband usually watches as they make the pizza through the glass while I sit on the bench. The last time we visited was last month and unfortunately, our experience was terrible! The manager on duty that day made our pizzas. My husband watched as the pizzas were being made. However, when a customer came in, the manager went to the cash register to help them. He took cash from the customer with the same gloves he had used to make our pizzas, closed the register, and then told the customer it would be a 10-15 minute wait. After speaking with the customer, he returned to make our pizzas without changing gloves, transferring germs from the money onto our food. My husband had to stop the manager and point out the mistake. He asked if the manager understood what he had done wrong, but the manager seemed unaware. My husband had to explain that the gloves were dirty from handling money and requested for the pizzas to be remade. The manager refused, claiming they were not allowed to waste anything. My husband asked for the store manager's name and number to file a complaint, as we were not satisfied with the situation. After calling the store manager to explain what had happened, the manager disappeared to the back for 10-15 minutes and only returned to the front when another customer came in. As a manager in a food establishment, it is crucial to prioritize cleanliness. It was shocking that the manager argued with my husband and refused to correct the mistake. How can one lead others if they cannot even follow proper protocols themselves? This type of poor leadership is unacceptable. I myself worked at a pizza place when I was 14 and, although we didn't use gloves back then, we always ensured everything was clean.
