Pokiland - Fresno

They do not have customer support to an extent that they do not appeal to customers or even recognize them. This happens during the slow hours, the customer service is the core of the business and must be implemented. If you don't feel like working, don't make it hard

I and my wife visited this place for years. From today, we had no ponyland in months. I was very disappointed to see the prices remain the same while the pieces are halved. After asking more sauces felt like pulling teeth. I have a hard time to justify $37 for the equivalent of a Poke bowl.

The first time there and will definitely be back. The place was very clean the staff was friendly. Rory helped answer all my questions and had an ideal customer service. To complete it all was delicious, fresh and ugly! You definitely get your money?

Pokiland, in my opinion, is the best place for Poki in Fresno. You get very good portions of fish no matter what size bowl, salad, or nacho you get. Pokiland has an abundance of toppings and dressings so I usually pick a different combination each time I go there. Da-Bomb Sauce is pretty hot so unless you like really spicy food and have tolerance for it, I would put it on the side and not as your main sauce. I usually get a large bowl with white rice, 2 squid and 3 scallop, and spicy mayo as the dressing.

I absolutely love Pokiland's poke bowls, and the service is consistently excellent. The food is delicious and incredibly fresh. The portion sizes are generous, which is definitely a plus! I highly recommend Pokiland for your poke cravings.
