Richard’s Prime Rib Seafood - Fresno

Neat place, great service, but the prime rib misses the mark.

How have I not been here before?!?! This place is fabulous! Excellent food, excellent service, friendly people, old lounge ambiance! We will be back many times!!!

Went last night(Friday )to have a late dinner (after 8:00pm). Main area was loud so we were seated in the back room. A few people still eating. Ben, asked us if we were good and my partner requested a glass of wine before we ordered. He said he doesn’t take orders and would send a server. We waited almost 10 minutes and no one came. We caught the busboy and requested to see Ben. Ben came back and we told him we were still waiting for someone to take our wine request, in which he gave some excuse about being busy and walked away. The server finally came over and we gave her our drink order and told her we would order our meal when she comes back with our drinks. After waiting another 5 minutes (no drinks showed up) we got up to leave, we told Ben that we were leaving and he yells back at us that McDonald’s is down the street. For such a “prestigious” restaurant of which we were expecting to pay at least $100 for our dinner, to be treated so disrespectful by management, was very disappointing. There other fine dining restaurants to go to.

My first time gping here and it was for my grandfather's birthday dinner. The food was amazing. Service was not the best but it wasn't the worst. They were slow but they also didnt look that busy so im wondering if they were understaffed. But nonetheless the food was delicious.

One of those gems of Fresno. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food. Looking forward to our next visit.
