Texas De Brazil Fresno

My husband and I came in as a walk in they couldn’t seat us because we didn’t have reservations so they told us we would have to wait for a no show which could take 15 minutes or more. Kool we waited the 15 mins I go online to see there was a reservation for 12:30 so I reserved that spot the time came and we was seated before the waitlist. I was irritated because I wish they would have gave us that option before just turning us away. This is not a good place for people that like there steaks well done all the meat comes out **** we were grossed out however our server was very friendly and helpful and that was greatly appreciated.

This was our 1st for this year, and they never disappoint. Our server was Drew as we like him for our dining experience. Everything was great. The dining room had one large group in the separate room. Not real crowed most likely due to school graduations.

My husband and I love Texas de Brazil. From the service to food quality, it's always worth the price of admission. However, our experience last night was unlike anything we experienced before. We were kindly greeted at check in and told by the hostess that she would check to see if our table was ready. We immediately noticed how few people there were for a Saturday night, usually reservations are hard to come by and it is filled for dinner service. We were shown to our table shortly thereafter and waited for our server. Within 5 minutes, she came to the table, took our drink orders (we were not given a drink menu like usual), and let us know we could head up to the salad bar. Most of the offerings were fairly picked over and quite a few were emptied out altogether which was disappointing. Our server then came around with the bread, plantains, and mashed potatoes. The bread and plantains were amazing as usual, but unfortunately the mashed potatoes were crumbly and hard, unappetizing to say the least and not the usual soft and fluffy texture. Meat then started coming around (medium rare was our requested temperature) and the first four selections were charred on the outside, moreso than the expected churrasco experience, as if the skewers were reheated multiple times. The meat was dense and chewy, not up to par with normal Texas de Brazil offerings. Some of the following selections were thankfully better than those previously brought around, clearly fresh as we're used to seeing. In the interim our server replenished our water twice which was fine, we did notice she was pretty busy. Once we were finished eating we patiently waited for her return to decide on dessert. 10-15 minutes went by and we didn't see her. We continued to wait and then saw her serving other tables and a larger party. We tried to get her attention but were unsuccessful. After a total 30 minutes, we went to the host stand and the server was notified. She then brought our check and we left.

The first few times I went I had incredible experiences, but this time, they took too long to bring the food at the beginning, and also I'm between. I ended up eating the sides by itself. So it wasn't the best.

It’s was too expensive and the service was really bad she came only one time on the table to ask how was it other than she didn’t came . It was our first time eat at Texas de Brazil n we are not going anymore
