Les Falaises - Le Café - Fribourg

We have decided to make a tour in Freiburg, and when we had starving, we decided to come to this cafe where to find pizzas and lasagnen in his menu. the woman of this bar said to us, we could only eat sandwiches. So, we decided to take 4 sandwichs and one salad to eat the 4 together. the first problem came when we asked for the salat, the women of the restaurant told us that we ask for much work and that they would make the desired size and only salat. after she had asked what we wanted to drink, and we only asked her if it was possible to take water. she could say calmly that she does not give lead water that we have understood, but she began to say loudly that we insulted her that she wanted to take the sandwichs away that she did not want to do the effort to serve us only for 4 sandwichs. (if she was visited, we would ask for other drinks, but we didn't have enough time before she insulted us). after her behavior we decided to come out without eating and she speaks loudly. I will never return to this bar again, it was the worst service of my life, and the first time I come from a restaurant.

We had a very bad experience in this cafe bar. we were served frozen pizza that had not been sufficiently cooked and a 'croque monsieur' that actually processed cheese and ham between two miniature slices of toast. the toast was burned black outside and the sandwich was cold inside. when they could not supply water in a small size and one of our party hesitated to order a drink, we were told that a drink must be ordered so that the caffe could earn money. when we went to pay, we were charged for two pizzas (two times the price of the croque monsieur) which we noticed for happiness. eating, customer service and price-performance ratio were all extremely poor; other visitors of the beautiful city fribourg should avoid this place.

I came on a very quiet afternoon a few weeks ago. Very unpleasant to be yelled at just because we apparently “didn’t say hello”, even though we were just very far from the waitress. I thought I was old enough not to need to be lectured. Waitress (or boss, which I hope not) contemptuous.

Absolute class. Anarchism must live here otherwise we are finished!

Die Kellner sind jedes Mal sehr sympathisch und überaus verbindlich. Das macht mir und meinen Mann bei jedem Besuch absolut viel Freude.Preisgünstige, vielfältige Auslese an Essen und Getränken. Ich habe mich mit meiner Trauzeugin tatsächlich überaus darüber gefreut, endlich ein Wirtshaus in unserer Umgebung aufgespürt zu haben, welches wir uns ohne Einschränkung auch bis heute am Ende des Monats leisten können.Die Stühle sind ausgesprochen angenehm und den Abstand zwischen den Plätzen finde ich überaus anständig. Dort bekommt man nicht im Entferntesten das Gefühl, wie Gurken in der Dose Abend zu essen.Wir finden die Preise ebenfalls völlig Fair.
