Feedback gevenAlways a great experience. I love this place. my guests were so happy that I brought them to westcott.
We told our server that the meal was like a nice piece of music. we started with the delicate note of fresh olympia oysters, dragging further into the larger deep of baked oysters with cheese. I would have thought that the cheese would have crushed the taste of the oysters, or that the oysters would have been boiled, but they were still plump and damp, and the cheese helped to highlight their taste and deepen. next was the muddle bowl, in a spicy Thai chocolate broth, another step in the deep of the taste. then the crescendo of large, luscious clams with pesto on wonderful, homemade pasta, and, again, the pesto does not overwhelm the mush or from them. they raised them, and the mushes were perfectly cooked. a wonderful finale! and indeed we would have ordered more, except it began to snow so strongly that we thought we should go home quickly! bravo!
Westcott bay shellfish is one of these Cant-miss san juan island experiences. wonderful eating, super nice people, beautiful environment.
- what? if you want the freshest, delicious, tasteful sperny seafood, that is! sooo happy I decided to lunch. after that I went to the harbour to talk to the young about how farm oysters work. they were so nice and patient with my asking. can't wait to go back!
Some of the best oysters on the West Coast. Clam and Mussel preparations are also wonderful. I Can’t recommend Westcott Bay enough!
