Forgotten Star Brewery - Fridley

The building is fantastic, food truck this day was great, and the staff and beer is great. many people did not follow the mn Covid laws (they did not wear masks at all)

Train noise a bit much from the lawn, not sure of extremity on the interior

The beer was excellent, and the building was stunning. I can't wait to visit again!

I didn't actually try the food truck, but I felt compelled to leave a review based on my overall experience. When I first visited after a forgotten star, it felt nostalgic, like stepping back into my childhood. The more I returned, the more I grew fond of their IPA, which happens to be my favorite beer. The terrace is quite spacious, and the music is played at a comfortable low volume, creating a very grown-up atmosphere that suits my taste perfectly. I feel completely at ease here. Dogs are welcome on the terrace, making it a great spot to relax with a friend and enjoy a beer. It's just a lovely place to hang out.
