Kurgartenrestaurant - Friedrichshafen

The location on the sea is excellent and it is a nice place to enjoy a drink on a quiet summer evening. the quality of the kitchen has however steadily decreased in the course of the years. the place where once excellent dinners were served is at best only average today. the service also seems to have made a step down. the main advantage of the place is currently the possibility to host larger groups for dinner.

A little far away, you can enjoy a beautiful view of its coffee and cake, the variety of the offered, exceptional torts (cake ) is highly recommended because they are not as usual very sweet, they offer an exceptional taste

It was wonderful: a terrace overlooking the lake, wonderful weather, a quiet and friendly waitress, an English-speaking menu, excellent eating (the steak is excellent, the Caesar salad has something more mayonnaise than I want). the holiday was taken from a simple restaurant visit to the midday.

During the visit of the friedrichshafen seehasen fixed on the last Saturday, 18th juli, I decided to eat in the cure garden restaurant for lunch. the restaurant has a beautiful location and I sat on a table that looked out on the bottom lake. while eating was excellent, my joy was at the meal. by a group of drunk louts that are disturbed at a nearby table sitting. these hits were very loud and angry, but I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw that one of these groups dropped his shorts and went to some female guests. they didn't seem too unbiased, but maybe they were just afraid to complain. the same individual then went down with his shorts around the terrace (completely suspending his genitals). when this group finally went, this hooligan went directly to me, said eating (forget your meal) and laughing (with his shorts below). all this time the restaurant staff did not make any action. I can understand that they were afraid of this aggressive group (some of them wore tshirts with Nazi slogans), but I think it is unacceptable that they allowed this behavior to go and not the police. the other guests were all in the middle age respectable people and I cannot understand why this group was served by the restaurant staff at first place. despite its good food and excellent location, I will not return to the curgarten restaurant.
