B1895 Tavern - Friendswood

I went to this restaurant for a dinner with my husband few months ago, and I really hated it. When I saw that they serve breakfast now, I thought I might have better luck. Unfortunately, it was one of most unpleasant restaurants experience that I have. the menu is very limited, so We ordered the only thing on the menu that doesn’t have pork beside the pancake), and our plates came full of crispy bacon, so I asked to re-take it back. When after good of 30 minutes) the food came, I could see a long black hair inside the sunny eggs! That was really disgusting. The waiter was so nice, she took the plate, and ordered another one, which came back not cook at all. It was not for sure my best meal.

We had a great meal here. I was a little wary about the prices since everything is a la cart, but the food was enough to share. The Bob Ross tenders were amazing, cooked to perfection and the sauce pallette was super fun. Loved the decor and for a Saturday at around 5pm it wasn't too busy so we didn't have to wait. Overall very happy with our meal and service!

Waited 5 min for a server and left. Restaurant was empty at 5 pm. Food and service used to be really good but something happened I guess. Kind of feel like I was last to know after actually reading other reviews.

The food was good and the service was friendly but SOOOOO SLOW. Plenty of parking. The lamb tacos were good but very greasy. The bananas foster was good but over the top sweet with the ice cream. The eggs bacon and browns were tasty. The mimosas are $2 on Sundays.

It took 15 minutes to get a menu, 10 minutes to get drinks, and then 50 minutes to get our food. Then it took 10 minutes to get a check, and another 10 minutes to get the bill back. The service was horrible. The food was decent, but absolutely not worth the service. We watched people come in after us, get there food, and leave before us. I would not recommend eating here.
