Dairy Queen - Friendswood

You would think you’re buying fresh cooked fast food for what we are paying for it these days but no. This patty must have been made at 11am today. And their ice cream isn’t at the right temp it melting the moment they hand it to you, probably to save on their electricity bill. Staff doesn’t care and friendswood deserves better. This location is awful.

I ordered 2 of the Royal blizzards. One cheesecake and one Reeses flavor. I repeated my order three times. They gave me 1 Royal Reeses and 1 regular Reeses blizzard instead. Very poor customer service trying to resolve the issue. Employees were stirring my blizzard and telling me it was the royal cheesecake when I knew it wasn't because I had already tasted it.! Did not offer to remake it and did not apologize. Very rude facial expressions too from the individual I was talking too. I had to insist on it getting remade because it was gross that employees were standing over looking at it and stirring spoons in it. Super rude and will not go back!!!!
