This is one of the best steak and grill houses in Friendswood! The steak is well-cooked and perfectly seasoned. The smoked pork is incredibly tasty and moist. The salad is fresh, and the tequila lime dressing is delicious. Our server, Sam, was fantastic! She is very sweet and kind.

My husband I had a lovely lunch. The service?s great, our waitress kept our drinks full and she was really friendly. The Wedge salad? was absolutely my favorite. The fried asparagus and the top sirloin steak was cooked perfectly! I?ll definitely be back!

Always great service and food! After lunch, we frequent the meat market and load up on steaks and pork chops for home! Great lunch spot or for a special occasion!

I hurried home to enjoy my takeout while it was still fresh. When I opened the container, I was greeted by an enormous piece of pork that instantly reminded me of the iconic scene from The Flintstones where a massive rack of meat tips over their car. It was quite the sight! Putting jokes aside, tackling this dish was an experience in itself. I finally understand why this entrée is so beloved. It was bursting with flavor, incredibly tender, and downright delicious—plus, it was very filling. It’ll likely take me a day or two to finish, but unlike many upscale restaurants, you truly get your money's worth here. You win, Perry's. Your food is absolutely delectable and unforgettable. I regret not trying you sooner, and I promise I won't make that mistake again.

Ordered the seafood stuffed mushrooms and they arrived lukewarm along with the fresh bread. Never had a bad experience with this location before so I was quite surprised. I informed the server about the mushrooms and it was taken off my ticket which was professional and great service. The chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy arrived piping hot and tasted absolutely perfect.
