Feedback gevenWent thru the drive thru, there was a young man taking orders. The cat in front placed a large order which slowed things up. Whe I got to the window the car in front was getting their order. They were given part of the order and had to wait for the rest. Instead of having that car move up and getting my order, I had to wait. I waited so long I turned my car off. When I finally got my meal it was not hot. This stores service is not up to par like it used to be.
The food is never made correct here have to always check it and waste more time
Visited this restaurant twice recently and had poor results both times. The burger was cold and there's noting worse than a bad Whataburger. Nothing better than a well cooked Whataburger.
Absolutely horrible, person taking your order doesn't understand English or just plain stupid, then you get to the drive thru window and pay, then you have to pull around to the front and wait 10 minutes just for them to bring you something you didn't even order, and it's cold. The operation manager needs to be replaced with a good manager/Leader. With out proper management and or training These kind of people will never progress in life. Absolutely pitiful.
Very clean, friendly environment, and delicious food!! Must visit!
