What A Hidden Gem this place makes the best Gin Tonics and has an extensive drinks menu. The hosts Clare and John are so welcoming. The new hosts of this business have made a huge difference. Clean welcoming nothing is to much trouble. Don’t miss out on this beautiful place
We walk from Nerja to Frigiliana on each visit from Ireland. This was Spanish owned, now UK owned. My husband took a fabulous photo of the bar and brought it last May to new owners, we didn 't realise, it has been sold. Last week my daughter and I did the same trip. We stopped and had two cokes, talked to nice lady who I presumed owned the bar too. I went to pay and asked if I could use my card and tap, she said they don 't accept cards. I thought we had enough change on us, but we only had €2, €1 short. I was very apologetic and promised to being the rest back on our return. We went to get our bag and sat for a second. We heard the other 'owner ' a man, curse about us to the lady and said also what the hell did we `π÷× think we were that we didn 't have €3 in our pocket. How disgusting!! I still went back with the money but there were not there. What a rotten rude man. A pity the Spanish owners don 't still own it. We will never go back and the lovely framed photo we gave them of the outside of their place. Really disgusted.
Hoy pasamos una excelente tarde allí. La gente fue amable y tuvimos buenas conversaciones.
Can’t think of a better way to spend an afternoon than in La Molineta enjoying live music in a convivial atmosphere with excellent service, chilled drinks and tapas and impromptu dancing! Just chilling, enjoying the sun and the shade and watching the world go by.
