85°c Bakery Cafe Frisco

I was craving cake late at night while watching baking competitions on Netflix. I searched for bakeries in Frisco and settled on 85°C Bakery Cafe. They had a wide selection of beautifully designed desserts, muffins, rolls, and bread. I decided on an elote bun, a delicious mango tiramisu, and a chocolate mousse cup. My daughter also picked out a few treats for us to try. We also enjoyed the strawberry cream cheese drink. What stood out to me was that none of the items were overly sweet, which was a top priority for me. The desserts were colorful and unique, making for a delightful experience.

I love this place! the baked goods are so delicious. the chocolate rolls filled with cream are delicious and simply sweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth, but not overwhelming sweet. there are sweet savory baked, so there is something for everyone. I always get the mango lamp that is super good on a hot day. they also have some excellent tee drinks with boba. they also sell cakes that look amazing for special occasions or through the disc.

Beautiful, clean and spacious bakery. we ordered egg cakes, rolls, cookies and other bakers. everything tasted good. the same good quality they would expect at 85° c.

So many delicious treats, both savory and sweet...I have a hard time deciding each time!! This is one of those places where the pastries are very light and just melt in your mouth. Absolutely fabulous!! Love love all their different varieties of green teas too.
