The whole time... seriously disappointed by the new employees. Rude attitudes, no reference to kindness or decent attitude. The young lady who finally took our orders stood there on her phone, near my friend ran out after she threw the ticket in her hand. It took 15 minutes to ask us what you want. We will never return, and I will never recommend anyone here again.

The karaoke was great and the drinks were freezing!! Service was quick and helpful and everything in this place was a great way to spend my Saturday night. Come on!

As if this place can?t get any worse with Andy behind the bar, they had to go hire another snarky bartender named Steve. I can?t imagine any establishment putting up with the behavior of these workers. They deliberately ignore you when you sit down, are rude, non attentive, and consistently in a bad mood. If you don?t like your job, then go find another one! Ridiculous! Don?t worry, I won?t be back. ?

This place is GARBAGE!! Ordered Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings, basically what came out was fried chicken wings when I asked for them to put some sauce on it. They put oil so my already fried greasy wings came back out even more oily/ greasy? it?s unfortunate how lazy everyone in the service industry has become. Fast foods, restaurants, bars have all dropped in quality!! Things ?made in America? are not quality anymore like they used to be. As for this establishment they have lost my business.

As a rule love comes here but now YIKES!!! The new staff is rude. Apparently when Andy's gone, the kids are playing. I came with my business advisor at 1:15 for a night cap and a short bite we understand that it was close to the closure wanted to get a quick app when we tried to order potato skins we closed an answer from ? Kitchens? if they ask why they closed the kitchen early when the menu says?Kitch hours 11:00-2:00 a day? Did she react? You want to give me a tough time? So is the kitchen open until 2:00 or is it open until ALMOST 2? I'm back, but only if Andy works.
