Firehouse Subs Custer - Frisco

I would rate this place zero stars. I sent my husband to pick up a sandwich, but he returned with the wrong one. When I took it back to get the correct sandwich, the manager—whose name is actually Lurk—refused to fix the issue. I ended up asking for a refund, and their customer service was terrible. I plan to report this to corporate and higher management. They need to reevaluate how they appoint their managers, as this experience will drive many customers away. I will definitely not be coming back here.

I have no complaints so far. It is slightly pricey, but it's definitely worth it. I really enjoy the Pastrami Sub!

Extremely disappointing customer service! I could barely hear them on the phone. My order was incorrect, and they insisted that I pay full price for the correct item. The staff appeared unmotivated. I won’t be returning.

Great food gives many subs to try ours. My personal favorite would be the smokehouse beef and Chedar Brisket.

Took me a long time to finally try this place but I LOVE IT! These sandwiches AREN 'T cheap BUT you get a lot of sub sandwich for the . The staff isn 't exactly friendly but the sandwiches makes up for their lack of personal service. Besides, I don 't need a friend , I need to eat. Whenever I need a really good sub sandwich, I definitely go here. I don 't even go to the other brand name sub shop anymore.
