Haidilao Hot Pot Frisco

This place hit every mark. We had a family birthday here, and they decorated our table with balloons as well as a special fruit plate. The food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the lamb shoulder and pumpkin pancakes. Make sure u order the dancing noodles!!! U will not be disappointed in this fun performance. The service was excellent as well. A must visit dining experience!!

Haidilao is one of the best quality places to get hot pot in DFW! ?? They seamlessly accommodated our group of twelve tonight, and the staff (waiter Christian) went all out to make it a memorable experience! Sure, it's a tad pricier than your average hot pot joint, but trust me, the quality and service are worth it. If you're into cozy gatherings and eating your weight in deliciousness, Haidilao is the spot! ?Thank you so much Christian!

The customer service is unprecedented! They are always attentive and shower my groups with gifts. Every birthday visit is accompanied by an elaborate performance. It is always busy at this location and rightfully so. I never mind waiting as they are alway accommodating and will provide snacks and refreshments. My favorites include the lamb strips, tomato soup base, and dancing noodle. There is also occasional events including karaoke, nail salons, balloon animals, and day care.
