Palio's Pizza Cafe Of Frisco

This place had a great meal! the workers were very giving and generous! I had a bbq pizza and my wife ordered shrimp alfredo. her eating took a little longer so they gave her a free cheesecake! great service through her team!

This was my first time ordering from here, and that expensive mistake will NOT happen again. The pizza was luke warm, the mozzarella sticks were coagulated from not being hot, the wings were mushy. If I wanted to cook, I would have. But hey, if you want not hot food and feel like re-cooking ordered food, then this is definitely for you.

Placed an order online for a pasta and pizza, both were amazing!! Wasn’t expecting a side of cheese bread with the order.It was my first time visiting and I entered the side door, it appeared to be a manager or owner standing behind the counter that didn’t even look up from his phone or greet me at all. Walked around until I found the order counter, wasn’t greeted at all.Excellent food, just not so great customer service.

Called and asked if the GF pizza dough was dairy free, was told yes.Ubered across town, to arrive to be told no that's incorrect. I asked to read labels, asked to speak with the manager. Asked If there was any menu item that could accommodate my allergies, manager didn't seem to care about talking to me. They had 1 customer in the whole building , and 4 pizzas on the line.

Pretty good pizza here. And the guy at the front very friendly!
