Piada Italian Street Food - Frisco

My go to for a fast convenient meal. Always great in a punch, especially with my restrictive diet.

If you're in search of a spot to satisfy your pasta cravings, this is the place to be! I visited a few days ago with some friends, and Chefs Gris and Saegundo provided us with exceptional hospitality that is rarely found in a fast-casual restaurant like Piada. You’ve definitely won us over as regulars!

I placed a togo order for 3 kids' meals. order was placed thru Paida app for pick up at 2.15, but as soon as I paid, pickup time changed to 3.15. I still went as per my given time, and the order was ready. When I checked meal boxes back home, it was shocking. Kids' meatballs came, but there was no sauce. They forgot to add marinara sauce to box. Other meal boxes were not even half filled with contents. Quantity was so less you can see bottom of box. I'm a regular customer, and looking at change in portion was dissatisfied.

My server Ayden provided fantastic service and made me feel very welcome. The food was excellent, and the music set a relaxing vibe. I'll definitely be coming back!

The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. Dillon has a knack for remembering orders, while Joel is quick to accommodate special requests. Overall, it's just a fantastic experience. I find myself ordering from here frequently for these reasons.
