Red Lobster - Frisco

I dined alone, which is something I don't usually do. I was craving some cheddar biscuits. My server, Idrees Ali (who goes by D), introduced himself and assured me that I would get fresh cookies. He checked on me without being intrusive, and he was fantastic. This was the best service I've had in a long time.

I hadn't visited RL in over seven years. The wait for a table took longer than anticipated, and the process didn't seem very organized, even though there were tables available. The food was decent, but the cookies are still the highlight! The best part of my experience was interacting with the friendly customers and the excellent servers on Sunday. One server, in particular, was warm and attentive, which really enhanced the overall experience. Additionally, I noticed someone who I believe was the manager helping out, which is commendable in today’s world.

This is an exceptionally well-run restaurant. The staff is friendly and efficient and the restaurant is clean with a pleasant ambience. Our server, Patricia, was helpful, friendly and very attentive. The manager, Bryan, kindly committed himself to participating in the special dietary needs of my wife (because of her lupus, her diet is quite restrictive). And the food was great. I cannot recommend this Red Lobster very much. Thank you, Bryan and Patricia, for a wonderful experience.

Caesar, our waiter, was a great help. Ordered the blackened salmon , cole slaw and breaded shrimp with whipped potatoes perfectly roasted brussel sprouts with a sweet type of sauce (a lightly sweetened glaze). .. and of course the famous cheddar biscuits!!... the host entered my name number at the waiting area sent me a text when our table was ready. The wait time was about 5 minutes.

The service here was a little slow. There were tables that were dirty and needed to be clean. You can tell they need more staff. My food was good and my waitress was very nice.
