Starbucks Coffee - Frisco

This is possibly the worst drive-through design I've ever encountered. The entrance and ordering point are located right at the street, separated only by a sidewalk, which makes it difficult for cars to maneuver. This poor layout often leads to a queue that extends into active traffic, sometimes even blocking the entire road. There's ample space to relocate the ordering point further from the street, so I really don’t understand why they've opted for such a hazardous entrance. I would recommend either avoiding this location or opting to order inside, as it's much less crowded there.

The milk left out on the counter was warm when I arrived. There were five different types of milk just sitting there, unused. Having milk out like that can lead to it warming up and developing bacteria. It really wouldn’t take much effort to put the milk in the fridge while making drinks. (I used to manage a Starbucks, so I know.) While the service was prompt, the drink tasted noticeably off because the milk wasn’t fresh. I was extremely disappointed.

I placed an order for some breakfast, including sous vide eggs and a London Fog Tea Latte, using the mobile app. When I arrived, my order was ready and everything was correct. The staff were friendly. However, parking and the drive-through can be quite challenging at this location. It's poorly designed and situated right off a major road, making it difficult to enter and exit due to the high traffic in the area.

I really enjoy the green tea from here. They will put as little or as much sugar as you want. i notice that even with complex orders they just keep the line moving with a big smile on their faces. Great service and drinks.

Beautiful day to be outside! Starbucks has a way with me! Same cup different Starbucks! Love meeting up here. There?s much more seating inside than others to bring your laptop. Home away from home office!
