Feedback gevenI've been there so many times two of my kiddos worked there average service. Not today management I was there at 9:55 AM Im feeling old cuz my kiddos are growing up school blues ya'know I just wanted to stuff my sadness away. The young man at the 1st Window cashed me in 5 seconds bam . I'm on my way the lady at the drive thru Hispanic, was a sweet heart. I am guilty of speaking Spanglish any opportunity I have I to exercise my native tongue. She was sooooo sweeet in the most affectionate way in Spanish she said to have a great day n I'm having it thanks to your perfect team that was working today. p.s the young man supervising the double lane traffic in the drive threw was AMAZING he smiled it was hot n muggy but he smiled n it was genuine make sure whataburger you praise your workers frequently they deserve it I took the time now it's your turn.
The management and customer service at this location is beyond awesome. Minor issue with my order tonight and they went above and beyond my expectations to fix my order. I will go out of my way to go back to this location.
Service was excellent and staff was super polite! Spicy chicken was the pick of the items we ordered. If you are looking for a healthier option, then grilled chicken is the option for you. Enjoy
My wife and I went through the drive thru at this location at 4:45AM. I've been battling a terrible case of strep throat, and after leaving the hospital I was finally able to swallow food, if only for a few hours. There was only one solo person we sawworking at this location. There were two other cars behind us. The wait must have been 20-25 minutes. This man was doingeverything solo and kept great professional composure. He apologized twice for the long wait. These reviews may not be seen bythe personnel that should be reading them, but this gentleman deserves to be commended for his excellent service andprofessionalism. If there was someone else there then they should be appreciated as well. Thank you.
I have always been a huge fan of Whataburger! I?ve gone to this one since they opened it. In the last few years the service and food quality has gone way down. Usually small mistakes happen and I get it, busy plus young staff human error will happen. Buttonight makes me want to avoid this store from now on. I ordered dinner for my family and myself. I ordered a Whataburger withbacon and cheese only. I got home and got my wife and kids food settled and then went to eat to discover there was NO BURGERPATTY!! Literally just a bun, ketchup, cheese, and bacon. I was in utter shock. This location needs some serious help.
