Chipotle Mexican Grill - Front Royal

Going inside isn?t bad overall, actually pretty decent, standard chipotle experience. However, whenever you order online through chipotle or doordash they absolutely cheat you and put about half a normal bowl in the container and forget ingredients. Paying 16$ for half a bowl. Absolute BS

Worst Chipotle we have ever ordered from. Our pick up order was approximately 40 minutes late. We arrived and they hadn?t even started it. They were out of nearly everything for our burrito bowls including black beans, guac which we paid extra for, and sour cream. They couldn?t even offer us free chips because they were out of those. How does that even happen at a Chipotle?

More than satisfied with the food and employees here. Sure some stuff isn't in stock like some others say, but would you give a grocery store or supplier a negative review for not being able to have something in stock? Hmmm probably not. Great food and no complaints here.

I went into this chipotle last week, and walked out so fast with my order that I wasn't even sure if I had been there. I didn't even pre-order, just good mid afternoon service.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle in VA. Just like last time, I've been waiting in the drive-up, pick-up lane for 20+ minutes and counting. I guarantee that when I get to the window, they'll say it isn't ready yet (30 min past pick-up time). Terrible. Close this place down, please.
