I'm not gonna lie, me and my family eat alot of Taco Bell. We have never had problems with this location until the last couple months. I don't know if it's under new management or they're honestly trying to save money on food cost, or what. Every single time we have ordered for the past few months (7-8 times) we have not gotten sour cream when paid for, onions on everything we asked for them not to be on, and multiple missing items from our order, every, single, time. I've tried having patience, but after every order being wrong, emailing them multiple times with no response or feed back, it's just ridiculous.
