Jimmy Sandwich Shop - Ft Oglethorpe

Went thru drive thru at this location today...drove 10 miles as it was....I ordered a roast beef with provolone cheese with just a little mustard on it. After I got home and opened the sandwich, it had lettuce, mayonaise and tomatoes on it....I am allergic to raw tomato and therefor could not eat the sandwich....I was not driving 10 miles back to the restaurant to complain. I will not be going to another Jimmy John's again.

Wife had an undwich it was a small piece of lettuce that looked like it was wrapped in roast beef more than roast beef wrapped in lettuce with shredded lettuce on the other side see image of the undwich

Stopped here at 8pm on a Friday, were the only people in the store, and we waited 15 minutes for 6 sandwiches. There were two very young workers (neither in uniform) and one manager. The manager stood and watched as the young workers slowly made our sandwich, then realized they were out of salami and took 8 minutes locating the new roll and slicing. When I’ve experienced this in the past, I’ve been given at least a free chip or cookie manager gave nothing but excuses for the poor service. None of our orders were correct. I have never experienced such slow, poor service at a Jimmy John’s before. Will absolutely not be returning to this location.

Sandwich seemed bland to me, no real choices for bread and turkey was just bland. Service was good, place was clean, just hardly any taste to the sandwich.

We enjoyed our unwiches very much. What turned me off is that the owner/manager is Super stingy! No equal or any sweetener for unsweetened tea!!! What? No napkins or salt/pepper out! I’m not asking for a condiment bar or anything, just the basics!
