Disappointing Experience at Pucketts Avoid at All Costs! My recent visit to Pucketts was nothing short of a disaster. As a frequent traveler and food enthusiast, I’ve seen my fair share of tourist traps, but this place takes the cake. First, let’s talk about the food. I ordered the sliders, expecting a hearty and delicious meal. What I received was an absolute joke: two measly slices of sausage, one extremely thin, dry slice of brisket, and a pathetic teaspoon of pulled pork. The quality and portion sizes were abysmal, leaving me hungry and thoroughly unimpressed. To add insult to injury, while I was attempting to enjoy my meal, water started leaking from the ceiling onto my shoulder. When I alerted the server, their response was shockingly nonchalant: “Oh, yeah, the vent is leaking!” Why on earth would you seat a customer in such a problematic area? It’s clear there’s a lack of care for both the establishment and its patrons. To anyone considering dining here, my advice is simple: skip it. The food is subpar, the service is indifferent, and the overall experience is one I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. There are far better options out there that actually value their customers and serve decent meals. Save your time, money, and appetite for a place that deserves it.

Foods always amazing but seatings a bit cramped especially if you’re a person of size. Foods worth it though.

Fantastic atmosphere, food was great. Dessert was on point. You have to try the Blackberry Tea

Well worth the stop! A very short walk from the river and the aquarium, Puckets is a fun spot. Live music, good comfort food and friendly service. Shelby was our server and she is great.
