Marco's Pizza - Ft. Sill

My order was replaced from a previous order in the week. I received one of the best pizzas I have eaten and the boneless wings were also very nicely made. A big thank you goes out the night crew on Marcos East Gore.

Never received our 4 dipping sauces. I called the store and she said they she would have the delivery guy head back out and after an hour they still never showed up.

We ordered dinner tonight after six. We ordered the same thing as usual. I had a thin crust, pepperoni pizza with Italian sausage, supposed to be extra sauce my hubby had the pepperoni magnifico with mushrooms extra sauce. Our food didn’t come until 840. We ordered our dinner a little after six our dinner Arrived cold did not have any extra sauce and the pizzas were not made correctly so we were pretty much the satisfied with our dinner tonight going on 9 o’clock before we get our food after order yet a little after sixes really heartbreaking for them to tell you, they only have one delivery driver Once it’s delivered this is not our fault. This is something you should’ve shared in the very beginning it’s going on 9 o’clock and we ordered the pizza a little after six receiving ice, cold food and paying an arm in the leg for two pizzas. Unacceptable I would like somebody to reach out to me directly thank you

So I placed an order. I was charged but then received a call after about 12 minutes from Jaylyn saying I’m not in the delivery zone. So at this point there was nothing that could be done but refund me. They couldn’t even just have a driver bring it since THEY messed up. When I gave my address this should’ve been found out, not after charging my card! Worst Service! Seriously worst attempt of making right what they messed up! So nowww my children hungry waiting on a new pizza order ?

Have ordered from here many times but tonight, we pre-ordered a pizza 45 mins prior to scheduled pick up time, only to be told it was just being made when the pick-up time came around. We sat for another 15 mins and went to check on our order and they could find no ticket for it. People were waiting 1+ hrs for their orders so we opted for a refund and walked out. The manager was way over her head, causing disarray throughout the store. Customer service was terrible, not only for us but many others who ordered.
