Red Lobster - Ft Walton Beach

We had a horrible experience at this location. The bartender took almost 20 minutes to take our drink order. Our drinks weren't good. The only enjoyable part of our visit was the outdoor patio with the water view.

I was one of the worst seafood restaurant or just restaurant I ever had for the $100 bill for two people. Seafood was frozen. Not good The table was dirty. Had to ask twice to get it clean three times. Silverware was dirty. Had food stuck in it. As for biscuits, three times and I could go on with some more things but you get the point. I'll never eat there again

Wonderful food. Always good. Biscuits are always great but they were fantastic last time. Sweet tea is always good but again fantastic last time. Nice size meal. Had extra to bring home. Only thing that was off. No lobster dishes during lobster fest. They were out of everything but the live whole lobster. Not a big deal for us but we had wanted to get a lobster appetizer that they didn't have. Still we very much enjoyed it.

Always good food and excellent service our server tonight was Michael great guy friendly and he was also our server months ago when we were in and he remembered us the best customer service I've had at any red lobster.

We waited over 1 hour in this place without getting are drinks then when we got it was warm and there was no ice. And they ran out of pasta for what we ordered she would keep coming out here asking if we where good she would keep smiling like don’t smile if you ain’t got my food. I was not happy and it took over 55 minutes just to be seated. Then when we where sat down it took over 10 minutes just for them to come out her and ask what we wanted to drink.this place is a nightmare of the bottom like lil Wayne’s song on god. Praying for who ever comes here never coming back ong praying for this place to stay a float ????.
