Skatepark El Gallinero - Fuengirola

Have visited this restaurant a few times over the last week whilst we have been on holiday, for breakfast and dinner could not fault our first few visits . Until tonight, we came for a lovely meal and ended up being abused by your male waiter! My mum, who can only certain foods due to terminal cancer was refused the food we asked for so we went for another option we were told we could have by the waiter. Food came out over cooked and fatty and in edible. Unhappy to pay the amount charged for the food we were served we approached the waiter only to be shouted abuse at and told we were lying! Having been a restaurant manager for the last 20 years I am appalled at what your staff portray as customer service, shouting , slamming tables and chairs slinging a fork off of our table in temper! I cannot put In to words how disgusted I am and you should be ashamed to have an employee with such poor customer service skills.

Excellent well cooked food. Clean enviroment. Food cooked in view. Cooked to english liking. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. Good portion sizes.

I had a bite as my son had a ball in the free to use skate park Apart from being a bit smoky from the outside location all was good! Good basic food and drinks at a good price while you watch the kids play on scooters, bikes of skateboards

El lugar es bueno para ir con amigos y familiares, los platos de comida son buenos, la comida es buena, hay una variedad de comida, los niños se divierten, el pollo es muy bueno, la paella es deliciosa.
